At Next Canvas, every piece of art is one-of-one, carefully curated and shipped directly from the artist’s studio. Due to the exclusive nature of original artworks, our return and refund policy is designed to balance fairness and authenticity.
Returns

Since all artworks are original and sold as unique pieces, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order is damaged or you’ve received the wrong artwork, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nextcanvas.art@gmail.com with:

Unboxing photos and videos clearly showing the damage or error

Refunds

Approved refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days of verification.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

In case of a damaged or incorrect item, full refund or replacement (where applicable) will be provided — based on availability and your preference.
Non-Refundable Situations

Minor color differences due to screen calibration or lighting.

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase.

Late claims made beyond 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges

As all artworks are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not possible.
