Return & Refund Policy

At Next Canvas, every piece of art is one-of-one, carefully curated and shipped directly from the artist’s studio. Due to the exclusive nature of original artworks, our return and refund policy is designed to balance fairness and authenticity.

Returns

  • Since all artworks are original and sold as unique pieces, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order is damaged or you’ve received the wrong artwork, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing nextcanvas.art@gmail.com with:

    • Your order ID

    • Unboxing photos and videos clearly showing the damage or error

Refunds

  • Approved refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days of verification.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

  • In case of a damaged or incorrect item, full refund or replacement (where applicable) will be provided — based on availability and your preference.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Minor color differences due to screen calibration or lighting.

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after purchase.

  • Late claims made beyond 48 hours of delivery.

Exchanges

  • As all artworks are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not possible.
